You will lead and coordinate the team of operational buyers and support the internal customer(s) with the processing of requests and purchase orders. In your role you oversee the operations guarding quality standard, lead time, customer satisfaction and supplier relations.
In this job you will be responsible for processing the order flow, stock control, invoicing and preparing reports. You will be responsible for your own group of Clients, where you manage their whole order process.
In this position you will be operating as the key point of contact for one of this 3PL company's main client when it comes to warehouse process optimisation and reporting. You will be operating with Excel and Power BI to provide valuable insights and working on visual material flows to analyse and optimise warehouse processes.

You will be operating within a dedicated Customer team, part of the greater Customer Supply Chain Europe organization.
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for managing your team and ensuring efficient processes in picking and shipping customer orders. You motivate your colleagues to deliver top performance every day and actively contribute ideas for improvements. You work in two shifts, every other week. The day shift is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
