As a Shipping Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the shipping and transportation process for goods. The role involves planning, organising, and monitoring shipments to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, reverse logistics, and coordination with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams. The position focuses on ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient movement of finished goods and spare parts while resolving logistics issues, improving processes, and maintaining high service levels.
Interact with customers by providing product and service information, handling inquiries and complaints, and generating quotes. Act as an authorised representative, arranging shipments, negotiating rates, and ensuring efficient cargo clearance and delivery to meet service level requirements.
Preparing order books and shipment announcements for the customers. Logging, investigating, and solving customer complaints. Follow up on any request from the customer and coordinating internally with other departments to help the customer.
Take care of a complete administration of the order and data process for new purchase orders, return order management and repairs. This includes following up on complaints and the approval process.
