The Export Team Leader supports the Operations Manager in ensuring a smooth export operation by overseeing daily workloads, setting priorities, and tracking progress. Responsibilities include assisting with training, coordinating shift coverage, and managing absences due to holidays or sickness.

Handle import documentation and requests, ensure accuracy and compliance, stay updated on industry trends, and address issues promptly while communicating effectively and developing solutions.

The new addition to the team will manage global tasks like quoting, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, problem-solving, and top-tier customer service. Experience in international air operations, QMS, ocean services, and report creation is required.
