Deze rol combineert technisch beheer met proces-optimalisatie. Je bezoekt regelmatig verschillende vastgoedlocaties om onderhoud en facilitaire zaken te coördineren en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor huurders en leveranciers. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in het digitaliseren en verbeteren van het archiveringssysteem voor vastgoeddocumentatie.

Je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren, afhandelen en bewaken van douane technische formaliteiten die bij het in, door- en uitvoeren van goederen noodzakelijk zijn. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en andere stakeholders.

In deze veelzijdige parttime functie werk je twee dagen per week (15 uur).

Je werkdagen zijn op donderdag en vrijdag van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur. Je hebt een energieke en professionele houding, waardoor je een fijne indruk maakt op bezoekers en collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers zich welkom voelen en zorgt voor een prettige werksetting.

As an Import Ocean Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and optimising the import process via ocean freight. You ensure goods are imported on time, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

The new addition to the team will manage global tasks like quoting, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, problem-solving, and top-tier customer service. Experience in international air operations, QMS, ocean services, and report creation is required.
